First, I would like to tell how irritates me that moving chat! That is so annoying, as for me! But in general, the site is ok. My first impressions were great, as it is creative and bright. The support agents are a little bit too slow, but they tried to reply all my questions. That took more time, as on the other sites I chatted with the fast guys.
So, I placed an order of 3 days and 5 pages. The prices were not high in accordance with customcollegeessays, and they offered me the discount of 25%, and I was boundlessly happy. I was only disappointed by one of point in their Terms and Conditions, stating, that they can change their policy any time they wish, and it is better to check it every time you enter the site.
I received my paper, even earlier than I requested, but when I started reading it, the smile disappeared from my face. The paper I received was written not in accordance with my instructions at all. They used other books and didn’t follow my requests. I asked them to rewrite the paper, but they told me that they can’t provide me with the other paper, but they can improve the existing one.
As I have got no other option, surely I agreed. They provided me with the revision, but that was made only to give an impression of the completed paper. Really, I didn’t know what to do, as I clearly understood, that they will provide me with the same revisions all the time, just making the slight changes in the text, but not in the whole content.
So, I just closed their site and swore not to use it again. I even forgot to ask them for the refund, as I thought how to make required changes in my paper. So I decided to use my favorite site again – clevereditor.com . I ordered editing service, and they improved my paper as I requested. They helped me a lot!
So, I don’t recommend you to use the site writengine.com, as they don’t follow the instructions and their revisions are awful. Just use the old companies, as they proved that they are the best, not with the attractive discounts and with the empty words, but with their work and with their service.
